Windice Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you ("the Player") and Windice ("the Platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of the Windice website and all services available through it. This includes but is not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, bingo rooms, the VIP loyalty programme, deposit and withdrawal services, and any promotional offers.

Accessing any part of the Windice platform — whether you are browsing as a guest, creating a new account, or logging in as an existing registered player — constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and should be read in conjunction with this document.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of someone else or as a representative of any organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or organisation to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The Windice platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any part of the platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Windice reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point and to suspend or close accounts where the player cannot confirm they meet the minimum age requirement.

In addition to the age requirement, you must also:

• Be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion or account restriction on the Windice platform.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Windice does not represent that participation is lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to understand the legal position in your own location before using the platform.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on Windice. Duplicate accounts are not allowed. If multiple accounts are found to be registered under the same identity, device, or payment method, Windice reserves the right to close the additional accounts and void any balances or bonuses associated with them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information during registration is grounds for account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Windice will never ask for your password through any channel including email, chat, or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

All transactions on the Windice platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved at any stage. Your account balance is maintained in PKR, deposits are made in PKR, and all winnings are credited in PKR.

The platform currently supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed directly in PKR.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed directly in PKR.
• Raast — interbank instant payment transfers in PKR.
• Bank Transfer — standard bank-to-bank PKR transfers.
• Cards and Mobile Wallets — additional deposit options as available.

Deposits are only accepted from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else sends funds on your behalf — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds may be returned and the transaction voided.

Windice does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are shown during the deposit process in your account dashboard.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time through your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. Where that is not possible, an alternative registered payment method may be used.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete account verification. This typically involves providing a copy of a valid identity document and, where applicable, proof of your payment method. This is a standard process and is required to protect your account and ensure that funds are sent to the correct person.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically processed within a few hours during normal operating hours.
• Raast: Similar timeline to mobile wallet methods, subject to interbank processing.
• Bank Transfer: One to two business days depending on the receiving bank.

VIP members at higher tier levels benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing. Windice reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a pending verification requirement, an active bonus wagering obligation, or a concern related to account security or compliance.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Windice offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms at the time they are offered, including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and minimum odds or stake conditions. These specific terms will be clearly communicated when a bonus is offered.

General rules that apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are only available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria stated for each offer.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal can be requested from the bonus balance.
• Wagering on certain game types, such as live casino or low-margin bets, may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements — this will be specified per offer.
• Windice reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel a bonus already credited, or void winnings generated from a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or exploitation of promotional terms.

7. Betting Rules

The sports betting section of Windice covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, and other sporting events. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question, which are available within the betting section of the platform.

Key betting rules that apply across all sports markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent movement .
• Windice reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match manipulation, data error, or where odds were clearly published in error.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief processing delay. Bets submitted during this window may be accepted or declined at the platform's discretion depending on the state of play at the moment of confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are shown during the bet placement process.
• Multiple bets, accumulators, and system bets are available on selected markets. All legs must win for an accumulator to pay out unless otherwise specified for the bet type.
• If an event is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Results are determined based on the official result published by the relevant sporting body. In the case of cricket, this means the result as declared by the match referee or governing body for that competition.

8. Casino and Games

The casino section of Windice includes live dealer games and slot games supplied by third-party game providers. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. Windice does not modify or control the outcome of any game; results are determined by the game engine or, in the case of live casino, by the live dealer in real time.

All casino games and slot games are for entertainment. The platform does not guarantee any particular outcome or return. Return to Player (RTP) information for slot games is published by the game provider and may be referenced in the game's information panel.

Bingo rooms operate on a scheduled and continuous basis. Tickets are purchased in PKR before each game begins. Prize pools and room rules are displayed in the bingo lobby before you buy in. Once a game has started, ticket purchases are closed and results are final.

• Game malfunctions — including software errors or connectivity issues — void all affected game rounds. Stakes will be returned in the event of a confirmed malfunction.
• Attempting to exploit game errors, glitches, or unintended game behaviour to generate winnings is prohibited and will result in voided winnings and account action.

9. VIP Programme

The Windice VIP loyalty programme rewards players with points for every PKR wagered across all sections of the platform. Points accumulate toward tier progression. Higher tiers unlock additional benefits including cashback on losses, exclusive bonus offers, enhanced withdrawal limits, and priority support access.

• VIP points are awarded based on real money wagering only. Bets placed using bonus funds may contribute at a reduced rate depending on the current programme terms.
• Tier status is reviewed periodically. Maintaining a tier may require meeting a minimum activity level within the review period.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Windice reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, point values, tier thresholds, or benefit details at any time with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of the VIP programme — including collusion, artificial wagering to accumulate points, or exploitation of cashback mechanics — will result in programme exclusion and potential account action.

10. Responsible Gaming

Windice is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. Gaming on this platform is intended as a form of entertainment for adults. It should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

We encourage every player to:

• Set a personal budget before each session and not exceed it regardless of results.
• Track how much time they spend on the platform and take regular breaks.
• Never chase losses — if you are losing, it is not a sign that a win is coming soon.
• Avoid playing when tired, stressed, or under the influence of substances that affect judgement.
• Speak to someone they trust if gaming is starting to feel like an obligation rather than entertainment.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

Windice reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, reversed deposits, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Collusion with other players in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting errors in odds, game software, or promotional terms.
• Any behaviour that Windice reasonably believes is harmful to the platform, its staff, or other players.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Any available balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

12. Limitation of Liability

Windice provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and accurate service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of interruptions, errors, or delays at all times.

• Windice is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues outside our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from your own failure to secure your account credentials.
• Windice is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, or any other financial loss beyond the direct value of bets placed on the platform.
• Our total liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

Windice may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. We may also notify registered players via email or a platform notification where the changes are significant.

Continued use of the Windice platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

We recommend checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current Terms. The most recent version always supersedes any previous version.
